Got Balls I rarely start a painting with a theme, but react to the painting as I build it with interpretations as I go.  I usually pick on the object(s) which seem the major part of the image and react to it, which is usually humorous in nature.

Ring of Gems   I was inspired by the last sunlight on smooth rocks at dusk, forming a picture resembling a ring of multicolored precious gems. The painting is symbolic of a lingering ray of hope in spite of the impending dark of night. Size 30 x 24 inches

Mothers Love The blue hydrangea plant was my mother’s favourite garden plant. When she passed, I planted 2 in my garden and every time I look at them, I am reminded of my mother and her strength, encouragement and love she gave her family unconditionally her whole life. Oil Size 24 x 28
