Leah Murray
Leah Murray, poet, photographer, and videographer based in Surrey BC, got a moonlighting job on her local paper in her twenties, publishing images and words as a hobby. The sideline came with professional photography training, publication, developing lab and black-and-white film. She learned that wandering through wilderness was far less frightening than shooting weddings. Her 30 year technology career introduced her to digital imaging and sound which today inform her poetic and visual practices.
