The 1920s were one of the most socially, artistically and culturally vibrant eras of the 20th century. Josephine Baker elevated the meaning of dance with her international performances coined “Banana Dance”, Art Deco joined the genre of the architecture world, Coco Chanel empowered women to use fashion as a statement, F. Scott Fitzgerald’s Great Gatsby brought the definition of opulence and decadence to a whole new level. Undoubltly, the 1920s were colourful, loud and vibrant times.
