Eileen Fong
My art journey began with Chinese painting. I enjoyed its unique brushstrokes and spontaneity. Having lived in British Columbia for most of my life, its beautiful surroundings become my source of inspirations. in my work, I strive to capture the light and colours of nature.

Arbutus Trees of the West Coast
The arbutus trees with their unique golden colour and curved branches are my inspirations. They play an interesting contrast to the tall and straight fir trees of the west coast.
